Boldness is dancing to the song that He has given to us. This is my song. It is the song of a simple walk with God, heart to heart and hand in hand. It is being with Him in this moment, just as I am. No masks. Just me and Him. He has gently healed the wounded, broken, and fearful parts of my heart. It was a long journey of inner healing (18 years - now that's gentle!) but through it all I have gotten to know His heart in a deeper way. There is no safer place. When I would feel ugly and too broken to have hope, I would look into His eyes and know He cared for me more deeply than I could imagine. My goal was to be healed, but as I look back I am so thankful that my path always ended up leading me back to Him. He would listen, He would understand, and amazingly He was able to heal a wounded heart. He didn't heal to make me lovable. He loved and this enabled me to give Him the hurting places, the pain and the anger. He will continue to love and I will continue to be transformed. He's really good that way!
This website isn't about photography or writing. There are so many who are more skilled than I am. This website is instead about trying to open my heart in the most transparent way that I can in order that you might know Him better. It is my hope that the pictures and writing on this site will stir something deep within you that longs for peace and freedom, to feel safe and to know your incredible worth. Time spent with Him is like finally coming home. All that has happened in your life and all that is on your heart matters. May you experience walking with Him as He speaks to your heart, "Tell me more..."
